This year’s Diocesan Evening of Confessions will be celebrated Wednesday, February 28, at Saint Malachi, from 5-8PM. Several confessors will be available throughout the evening. Please join us for this special night of grace as we thank God for His beautiful gift of mercy in the joy of the Lenten Season.
Please note the new location at St. Malachi Church – 2459 Washington Ave. with parking available behind the church and across Washington near Stella Maris.
Evening of Confession – Experience God’s Mercy – 3/11/2020
Join us Wednesday evening, March 11, 2020, for the annual diocesan-wide “Evening of Confession.” All churches in the diocese will have confessors available from 5:00 PM-8:00 PM. Here at St. Malachi we’re planning a beautiful evening complete with a simple soup supper in the rectory from 5:00 PM-7:00 PM and Taizé Prayer from 7:00 PM-8:00 PM in church. Come be filled with God’s loving mercy! In the words of Pope Francis, “God never tires of forgiving us.”

Evening of Confession 02/24/2016
As a special part of this Jubilee Year of Mercy, St. Malachi and every parish in the diocese will be holding an Evening of Confession on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 from 5:00-8:00 PM. Fr. Tony, Fr. Neil Walters and Fr. Jim O’Donnell will all be available during this time for individual confessions. During this time, a simple soup supper will be available in the hall.
