Because of Father’s Day this year, the 20s and 30s “Third Sunday Brunch”, will be held instead on the 4th Sunday, 6/28/2015. As always, all 20s and 30s are invited to gather at The Big Egg at 5107 Detroit Ave, for brunch after 11:30AM Mass. Just ask to be seated with the other St.Malachi 20s and 30s. Come and bring a friend!
Second Saturday Supper, 6/13/2015
The Second Saturday Supper will be at Namaste, the newest India Garden restaurant in Lakewood. The restaurant is at 14412 Detroit Rd. Please meet at 5:45 pm, immediately after the 4:30PM Mass, on June 13, 2015. All of St. Malachi parishioners and friends are very welcome to join in this gathering. If you are not familiar with Indian food, come and the staff will explain the menu and direct you to something that is pleasing to your palate. This restaurant features cuisine from Southern India.
Parish Retreat 7/31/2015 – 8/2/2015
To celebrate our 150th Anniversary, Lifelong Faith Formation and Education Commission is sponsoring a Parish Retreat on July 31- August 2, 2015 at the beautiful St. Leonard Retreat House in Avon. You can see pictures of our closing Mass from last summer on the St. Malachi website. Many hands will be needed. Plan to participate, grow, and enjoy!
