Retirement Fund for Religious Appeal, 12/12-12/13/2020
This weekend, December 12-13, 2020, is the annual Retirement Fund for Religious which supports women & men from religious communities who have served God’s people in ministry, & are now retired and whose communities lack funds to provide for them in their retirement in a proper and dignified manner. There will be a second collection at all Masses. Please be generous!
Christmas Eve Mass Schedule, 2020
Due to COVID-19 requirements to maintain safe distancing, and with the knowledge that many visitors will be joining us for Mass who do not normally attend St. Malachi Parish, we will be celebrating two Christmas Eve Masses both staring at 4:30PM—in the Church and in the Lower Hall. Both are handicap accessible, but with our elderly parishioners in mind, please consider attending the Mass in the hall if you are able.

Faith Direct, Christmas 2020
So much is different this Christmas season, yet the focus and dedication of our parish ministries remains constant – as people in need throughout our community turn to St. Malachi Parish for warm meals, comfort, and shelter during the holidays, we must be there for them … which is why we are reaching out to our parishioners.
Your generous online donations are needed now to help sustain Christmas ministries that reflect the promise of God’s love. The upheaval and distress caused by COVID-19 give these ministries added importance, and your kindness will help families all around us. We prayerfully request that you consider signing up for eGiving from your computer, smartphone or tablet. You can set up a recurring donation or make a one-time gift.
Sign up today by visiting faith.direct/OH337, or text ‘Enroll’ to 216-930-1310. Thank you for your continued support of our parish family.
Charitable Contribution Reminder, Year-End 2020

Contributions received or postmarked on or before Dec. 31 will be recorded as 2020 contributions. Update on the Replacement of the Hall Boiler, Dec 2020
The replacement of the boiler for the parish hall has been approved by Bishop Malesic and has been ordered. The cost is just under $30,000. Since our initial announcement, the parish has received $2,000 from generous parishioners to help defray the cost. Since the Back Door Ministry serves our guests from the lower hall, this boiler is crucial for the ministry to continue to operate. If you or someone you know is in a position to assist us in covering this cost, please contribute what you can or call the rectory. We are grateful to the many who continue to help us help those we are privileged to serve. Thank you for your kind attention to this gentle, but necessary, appeal.
